Heavy lifting airbags are widely used when removing heavy objects like giant trees, structures, caissons. Besides, many shipyards use them for ship repairs, ship upgrading. There are many types of airbags, they are different in diameter, length, and layers which determine their different bearing capacity and applicable conditions.
Heavy lifting airbags are composed of outer rubber layer, inner rubber layer and synthetic tire cord reinforcement layer. Heavy lifting airbag is a cylindrical airbag body with two conical heads and end openings. With automatic pressure valve equipped, it's simple to release the valve when the internal pressure reaches the rated pressure.
Heavy Lifting Airbags Constructions
Heavy lifting airbag is made of outer rubber layer, inner rubber layer, and reinforced synthetic tire cord layer. It has 4-10 layers made of rubber fabric which is strong enough to withstand twisting and puncture. It is designed to be a cylindrical body with two heads. Heavy lifting airbags are also equipped with pressure gauge, pull ring, three-way piece, ball valve, and connecting pipe.
