Application scope:
This mobile bearing mounting and dismounting press is mainly used to mount and dismount the rolling bearings of different types of railway wheelset. With curve recording system. Manual operation.

Machine structure features of the Bearing Mount and Demount Press:

• The bearing press machine is mobile type and easy to move to the workplace.
• The mobile bearing mount and dismount press mainly consists of mechanical part, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The mechanical part consists of ram cylinder, axle end tooling, mounting tooling, dismounting tooling and mobile lifting trolley.
• The mounting tooling consists of cylindrical ram and auxiliary ram etc. The cylindrical ram is installed at the front end of the oil cylinder. For different types of bearings, only need to replace the auxiliary ram at the front of the cylindrical ram.
• The dismounting tooling consists of pull rod and dismounting pull plate, installed on the cylinder flange. For different types of bearings, only need to replace the dismounting pull plate.
• The Axle end tooling is installed at the end of the axle, connected with the axle to form a whole. It matches the mounting and dismounting tooling during operation.
• The mobile lifting trolley can flexibly transport the working mechanism to each production station. Step on foot to control the lifting of the scissor mechanism, so as to make the center line of the main cylinder concentric with the center line of the axle.
• When mounting, first assemble the axle end tooling, and then use the cylindrical ram and plug pin etc. mounting tooling to complete the bearing mounting operation.
• When dismounting, first assemble the axle end tooling, and then use the dismounting tooling to complete the bearing dismounting operation.

Warranty & After-sale Service:
The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment. During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture.
