500 Ton C-Type Single Column Hydraulic Press Machine

Application scope:
This C-type single column hydraulic press machine is mainly used for the correction and leveling of plate parts and welding structure parts, as well as the pressing work of shaft parts and the drawing, bending and folding of plate-shaped parts. The yield limit of the workpieces is around 900 MPa. This machiine is applicable for mining company, and also other industrial applications.

Machine Features:

• C-type Single column structure.
• The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of main body, main cylinder, slider, working table, hydraulic system, electrical control system and etc.
• The C type frame is of full steel overall welded structrure, and carried out stress relief annealling treatment. It's firmly fixed onto the foundation ground by anchor bolts. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• It's provided with T-slots on the surface of slider ram and lower working table.
• The main cylinder is installed on the top beam.
• The main cylinder and piston rod are good quality 45 forging steel.
• The hydraulic system and pump motor are placed on the top of the machine body.
• The maintenance platform is also provided on the top of the machine body.
• Siemens PLC and display to control and monitor the whole operation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
