Application scope:
This bull gear press machine is mainly used to dismount the bull gear of gearbox off from the axle, used in the railway maintence workshop.

Machine Structure Design:
- The railway bull gear press machine is a horizontal press and can be directly anchored onto the ground floor.
- Double cylinders for dismounting. (One main cylinder at the left side and one auxiliary cylinder at the right side.)
- The press mainly consists of machine bed, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The machine bed consists of chassis, 3 columns, two work cylinders, support bases, two support rods and block baffle.
- The machine bed is all steel welding structure and carried out stress relief annealing treatment. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
- Axle center hole positioning.
- Only need to replace the centre devices and block baffle for different types of axle and bull gear.
- With Siemens PLC to control the pressing operation.
- Equipped with leak oil collection device.

The following technical documents will be supplied along with the machine when delivery in three printed-copy and one E-copy in English language:
- Operating and maintenance instruction manual.
- General arrangement drawing, Foundation drawing.
- Hydraulic schematic diagram, Electrical schematic diagram.
- List of Spare part and Special tools.
- Product certificate.
Warranty & After-sale Service:
The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment. During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture. After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
