Application scope of the Wheelset Bull Gear Press:
This Railway Bull Gear Press-Mounting Machine is a special equipment designed for the compaction of the accessories around the bull gear, and the oil pressing of the bull gear of the split type gearboxes. The machine is suitable for the railway vehicles, metros, and light rail wheelsets as well as the assembly of driven gears and bull gears.

Machine Structure of the Railway Bull Gear Press:

• The railway bull gear press machine is a vertical type press and will be installed in a foundation pit. 

• The vertical side pull plate gantry frame structure design layout has the advantages of high strength, stable and accurate equipment operation, easy operation, safety and reliability, convenient for workpiece loading and unloading, and small on-site floor space, which is convenient for operators to observe and operate. According to the different axle types, the press force can be selected as per required.

• Its advanced level and automation level are already the leading level. The machine adopts both computer and manual control, with functions of input and output of various related data and real-time monitoring.

• The press mainly consists of machine bed, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The machine bed consists of 4 vertical columns, worktable, support base, fixed column, movable column and centre devices.
• The machine bed is all steel welding structure and carried out stress relief annealing treatment. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• Axle center hole positioning.
• Only need to replace the centre devices and block baffle for different types of axle and bull gear.
• With Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC to control the pressing operation.
• With Germany WIKA pressure sensor and SIKO displacement sensor for data detection.

Warranty & After-sale Service:
The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment. During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture. After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
