Application scope:
This Hydraulic bearing extractor is mainly used to remove the bearings from the axle journals for different types of railway vehicles, such as EMU, Metro cars, passenger cars, wagons and locomotives. It's applicable for the wheelsets with axle box bearing.

Main Structure & features:

The bearing dismount press machine is mainly composed of main frame, left/right main cylinders, dismounting claw devices, wheelset lifting device, receiving device, push wheel device, calibration device, hydraulic system, measuring and electrical control system etc.

• Automatical dismounting both bearings simultaneously.
• Automatical dismounting single bearing separately.
• Manually complete the dismounting as per the working steps. (used during maintenance and commissioning).
• Automatic dismounting under non-load (used in test run).
• Veto for wrong input and incorrect operation.
• The press adopts on-line passing-through arrangement, the wheelset can be pushed out automatically after the bearing is dismounted.
• The press adopts left and right independent valve group for dismounting, ensuring left and right separation dismounting, without left and right string motion and, mutual influence.
• The dismounting mechanism can automatically align with the axis of the wheel set accurately, which is suitable for different wheel diameters.
• The dismounting claw hooks the bearing back cover from above to dismount the bearing. For different types of bearing, only need to change the dismounting pull plate.

Warranty & After-sale Service:

• The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment.
• During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture.
• After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
