Application scope:
This Wheelset demount cell is mainly applicable for the automatic disassembly of EMU and Metro wheelsets with gearbox. One positioning to proceed the dismounting of both wheels and brake discs. With a high-pressure oil injection pump for easy wheel dismounting.
 
The Wheelset Dismount Cell mainly consists of:

• 1 set of wheelset demount press with double cylinders
• 1 set of high-pressure oil injection system
• 1 set of wheelset transferring trolley for transferring the wheelset to the wheel press.
• 1 set of wheelset transferring trolley for transferring the wheelset from the wheelset press to the overturning machine
• 1 set of wheel picking and overturning machine
• 1 set of manipulator for picking wheels.
• 1 set of Wheel (brake disc) conveyor line
• 1 set of Axle conveyor line

 
Technical parameters of the Wheelset Demount Press:

Performance Features of the Wheel Dismount Press:

• Automatically dismount the 2 wheels on the same axle simultanously without turning the axle and in a sequence first the wheel at one side of the axle then the wheel at the other side
• Siemens S7-300 PLC and AdvanTech Industrial computer to control and achieve the fully automatic pressing operation.
• Both automatic and manual mode are available.
• Overall gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation.
• Movable resistant column.
• Double ram cylinders for dismounting.
• Special patented centring mechanisms for center hole positioning.
• With a manipulator for picking wheels.
• WIth a high-pressure oil injection system for easy wheel dismounting.
• The wheelset press can track and control the whole process, detect the pressing condition of the wheelset, and analyze and process it through industrial computer.
• Standard roll-in or pass-through design.

Warranty & After-sale Service:

• The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the Equipment.
• During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture.
• After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.

• Operating and maintenance instruction manual.
• General arrangement drawing, Foundation drawing.
