Application scope:
The hydraulic press machine is applicable for the correction and bending of shafts etc various profiles, as well as the assembly and disassembly work of shaft sleeve parts, and the correction of bars and steel bars and hydraulic supports. The machine can be used in vairous industrial applications.

This hydraulic press is mainly used to assemble the bearings of the gearbox for EMUs in railway workshops.

• C-type Single column structure.
• The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of main body, main cylinder, hydraulic system, electrical control system and etc.
• The c type frame is of full steel overall welded structrure, and carried out stress relief annealling treatment. It's firmly fixed onto the foundation ground by anchor bolts. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• It's provided with T-slots on the surface of Ram and lower working table.
• The main cylinder is installed in the top beam of the main body.
• The main cylinder and piston rod are good quality 45 forging steel.
• The hydraulic system is placed on the top of the machine body.
• Siemens PLC and hand operation box to control and monitor the whole operation.
• The machine structure is very simple and easy to operate and convenient for maintenance and repair.
