This Fully Automatic Wheelset Press is a horizontal hydraulic wheel press-mounting machine, mainly used for mounting and dismantling of the Metro and coach wheelset wheels, brake discs and gears etc,. The operation is fully automatically controlled by Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC. Only one operator is required to complete all the operations.
It is made of high-strength steel. Gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation. This hydraulic wheel press can be used to press-fit wheelsets quickly and safely, making it the ideal choice for railway wheelset maintenance and repair.
