Machine usage:

This straightening machine is applicable for the straightening/leveling of metal plates with maximum yield strength 360MPa and thickness 6mm to 25mm.

Machine Features:

1) CNC automatic operation

2) Siemens PLC and touchscreen to control the operation

3) With 2-way feeding and repeated leveling function.

4) Need multiple reciprocating leveling for thin plates

5) The main frame structure is carried out stress annealing relief treatment after welding, with high strength and rigidity.

6) The main machine is equipped with side vertical roller to limit the deviation of steel plate during conveying

7) With Automatic feeding and receiving roller table to facilitate the feeding and receiving of the metal sheets. The feeding roller table is equipped with a plate centering device and the rollers are powered.

Machine Installation and Commissioning:

We can send the experienced engineers to the customer site for the installation and commissioning work, and carry out the training of the operation personnel.

Warranty & After-sale Service:

1) Machine warranty: 12 months after the site acceptance test

2) Engineers are available to do on-site service after warranty if required.
