Application scope:
This Wheel Bearing Press Machine is applicable for dismounting the wheelset rolling bearings of different types of railway rolling stocks. Only  one operator is required to complete all the procedures.

Main Structure & features:
The bearing dismount press machine is mainly composed of main frame, left/right main cylinders, dismounting claw devices, wheelset lifting device, receiving device, push wheel device, locking device, hydraulic system, measuring and electrical control system etc.

• The main frame is welded by steel plate and carried out finite element analysis to make sure the frame structure with sufficient rigidity and strength, good shock absorption and long stability.
• The working principle of dismounting claw device: when dismounting, the small cylinder drives the claw device to rotate and buckle the back cover of the bearing, the large piston rod retreats with the claw device to dismount the bearing. Only need to change the dismounting pull plate to dismount different types of bearing.
• With the centre device and measuring unit, the lifting device can achieve the positioning of wheelset in direction of X, Y and Z, ensuring that the bearing center, axle center, and the center of the two main cylinders are completely concentric during dismounting operation.
• The piston rod of 2 sets push wheel cylinder gore at the wheel tread to push the wheel set onto the other rail and the whole bearing dismounting process is completed.
• Standard roll-in or pass-through design;
• Unique hydraulic servo system;
• Siemens S7 PLC;
• Equipped with dismounting curve record and print functions.
