Application Scope:
The horizontal wheel mounting and dismounting press machine is applicable for the mounting and dismounting work of wheelsets of different types of railway rolling stocks. It only requires one operator to run the press.

- With one main ram cylinder and one auxiliary cylinder for wheelset mounting and dismounting;
- Special patented anti-upsetting center mechniasm for wheelset positioning;
- With movable trolley for wheelset support;
- The operating system is easy to learn, achieving the operation convenience and visualization;
- The software of the operating system has multiple functions, including automatic record, intelligent judgement, print, storage and historical curve inquiry for force vs displacement curve;
- Unique hydraulic servo system, with adjustable pressing speed;
- It needs to turn the axle to complete the pressing of both side wheels.
