300 Tons Railway Horizontal Automatic Wheelset Press Without Pit Foundation
Application scope:
Heqiang Machinery Automatic Wheel Presses are used to mount, dismount and back pressure testing wheelset wheels, brake discs, gear on to / off of axles for all railway vehicles (passenger cars, wagons, metros, EMU etc.). It can generate, record, save and print the pressing curve (Pressure vs displacement, pressure vs time). It's only required one operator to operate the press.
Machine features:
- Gantry frame structure, Movable resistant column;
- Double ram cylinder pressing without reversal of the axle;
- Special patented elastic centres for center hole positioning;
- Electrical trolley for wheelset loading and unloading;
- Centre mechanism for wheelset positioning;
- Mounting and dismounting the wheelset with a single positioning on the wheel press;
- Standard roll-in or pass-through design;
- Automatic recording of mounting curve, radial and axial run-out and back pressure test of each mounted component;
- Siemens S7-300 PLC and Advantech IPC;
- High pressure oil injection pump is available for option;
- Applicable to the wheelset with standard, narrow, meter and board gauge.
