Application scope:
This Bearing Dismounting Press Machine is used to automatically dismount the rolling bearings off from the axle. It's applicable for the maintenance of different types of railway vehicles.

Main Structure & features:

The bearing dismount press machine is mainly composed of main frame, left/right main cylinders, dismounting claw devices, wheelset lifting device, receiving device, push wheel device, calibration device, hydraulic system, measuring and electrical control system etc.

• Automatical dismounting both end bearings simultaneously.
• Automatical dismounting single end bearing separately.
• Manually complete the dismounting as per the working steps. (used during maintenance and commissioning).
• Automatic dismounting under non-load (used in test run).
• Veto for wrong input and incorrect operation.
• Siemens S7 PLC.
• Friendly human-machine interface.
• The operation system can generate, record, save and print the pressing curves.
• On-line passing-through arrangement, the wheelset can be pushed out automatically after the bearing is dismounted.
• Dismounting process: the small oil cylinder of the dismounting device drives the claw device to rotate, clasps the rear cover of the bearing, and the piston rod moves backward with the dismounting claw device, and then the axle box bearing is dismounted. Manually take out the dismounted bearings. Only need to replace the pulling plate for different types of the bearing,
• Foundation is required for this model bearing press machine.
• The exposed surface of all parts should be anti-corrosion, rust-proof; the outer surface of the press should be sprayed with anti-rust primer and topcoat.
