The Railway Turntable is mainly used for the rotation and lifting operation after the wheelset disassembled from the bogie. It can meet the requirements of manual inspection, grinding, measurement, flaw detection and other operations.

Main Features:

• The turntable is mainly composed of Zinc patten plate, turntable body, slew bearing, lifting mechanism, positioning and locking deivce, and electrical control system.
• The operation of turntable is controled on the control console.
• The turntable can be turned in clockwise or counter clockwise.
• Manually control the button to turn the turntable and stop it at any angle as per required.
• Automatically control the button to turn the turntable and stop it at the designated 180° position.
• The turntable is a mature product and has advantages of advanced technology, reasonable structure, simple operation, safety, reliability and easy maintenance.
• The turntable is overall steel structure. It applies finite element technology to analyze the deformation of the structure under various stress conditions, and optimize the design to make the overall structure of the turntable reasonable, safe and reliable with good rigidity.
