100t Locomotive Wheelset Gear Assembly Press 3 Screw Pillar Design

Application scope:
This Locomotive wheelset gear assembly press is mainly used to mount and dismount the wheelset driven gear for Railway locomotives, urban vehicles and EMUs. It's of 3 screw pillar design, mainly consists of Main cylinder, Special toolings and Power station.

Main Features:

• The press is mainly used to the pressing of the axle and the driven gear.
• It's mainly composed of 3 screw pillars, base, movable column, upper positioning beam, gear position sleeve, hydraulic cylinder and mobile hydraulic system.
• The 3 screw columns, base and upper positioning beam forms the closed stress structure and fixed to the foundation dround by anchor bolts. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• The movable column is welded by good quality steel. The movable column can rise along the three screw pillars by pressing the piston rod and its bottom surface of the hydraulic cylinder to realize the press mounting function.
• Only one operator required to complete the whole dismounting procedures.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
