This locomotive gear assembly machine is mainly used to mount and dismount the locomotive driven gear and wheel core.

Main Features:

• The gear assembly machine is mainly composed of upper beam, lower work table, base, 4 pillars, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
• The press is of 4 pillar frame structure. The upper beam with cylinder and base are connected together through 4 pillars and screws to form a whole structure. The base are fixed onto the ground by anchor bolts.
• Trolley type work platform for the mounting and dismounting of the driven gear and wheel core.
• Only one operator required to complete the whole dismounting procedures.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
