Locomotive Wheel Brake Disc Bolt Dismounting Machine with 300Nm Torque, Railway Workshop Equipment

Application scope:
This wheel brake disc bolt dismounting machine is mainly used for the dismanting work of the connection bolts for railway locomotive wheels and brake disc. The control system can real-time monitor the operation and record, save and export the dismanting data (torque and angle).

Main Features:

• The machine is mainly composed of machine body, brake disc dismanting device, brake disc positioning and locking device, rotary table, brake disc initial positioning device, bolt collection box, eclectrial control system and etc.
• Dismanting process: first lift the wheel with brake disc onto the rotary table, the expansion device will fix the wheel on the rotary table. The dismanted bolts will fall into the bolt collection box. After one pair of bolt is dismanted, the  servo motor will drive the rotary table rotate to the next bolt position for the dismanting work. After all bolts are dismanted, the dismanting device will return to the original position and the dismanting work is completed.
• The machine can automatically position the wheel, no need manually rotate the wheel to fit the machine.
• The dismanted bolts can be falled into the collection box, no need the operator to collect them.
• The machine has the function of automatic positioning and clamping. One time loading to complete all the bolts' dismanting automatically.
• Only one operator required to complete the whole tightening procedures.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control and monitor the operation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
