Machine Features:

NC controlled Hydraulic drive four-roll plate bending machine.
With plate bending and coiling function
With plate pre-bending function.
With top support, side support and automatic feeding table.
One-time feeding to complete the plate pre-bending and bending work.
The upper roll and the lower roll are the main drive rolls. The power is meshed with the upper and lower rolls through the hydraulic motor and planetary reducer to provide torque for the plate rolling.
The upper roll position is fixed. The lower roll can move up and down, so as to clamp the plate.
All work rolls both adopt new type rolling mill rolling bearings.
All work rolls are manufactured of 42CrMo forgings with hardness HB260~300.
One time feeding to complete the pre-bending of both ends of the plate and the rolling of cylindrical and arc shell without the help of auxiliary device. It can also carry out certain shaping and leveling of the sheet metal, and the remaining straight edge is small.
Digital display, PLC control. Visual input, edit, modify and store process parameters.
