Machine Features:

Level down type three roll plate bending machine
The 2 lower work rolls are the main drive rolls.
The lower rolls adopt double main motor for drive. They can rotate forward and backward, and can move horizontally. Horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission.
The upper roll is the driven roll. It can move vertically.
The work rolls both adopt new type rolling mill rolling bearings.
Both side oil cylinders are upper positioned.
The machine is provided with the pre-bending function.
With coiling function.
Digital display, PLC control. Visual input, edit, modify and store process parameters.
