Machine Features:

• Full hydraulic micro controled four-roll plate bending machine.
• With function of plate bending and coiling.
• With function of the pre-bending of plate ends.
• One-time feeding to complete the plate pre-bending and bending work, no need reversal.
• The upper roll and the lower roll are the main drive rolls.
• The main transmission is mainly consisted of hydraulic motor and planetary reducer etc. The motor forward and reverse rotation realizes the plate's forward and backward movement, and provide torque for the plate rolling.
• The upper roll position is fixed and the lower roll can move up and down.
• All work rolls both adopt new type rolling mill rolling bearings.
• All work rolls are manufactured of 42CrMo forgings with hardness HB260~300.
• The operation adopts NC control.
• The upper lifting adopts displacement sensor for detection.
• Digital display, PLC control. Visual input, edit, modify and store process parameters.
• The top support and side supports are optional as per client's requirement.
