Machine Features:

• Level down type three roll plate bending machine
• With plate bending and coiling function.

• Full hydraulic drive.
• All work rolls are the main drive rolls.
• The lower rolls adopt double main motor for drive. They can rotate forward and backward, and can move horizontally. Horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission.
• The work rolls both adopt new type rolling mill rolling bearings.
• All work rolls are 42CrMo steel forgings, carried out overall quenching and tempering treatment. The hardness is HQ260~300.
• Both side oil cylinders are upper positioned. Or One cylinder upper positioned and the other down positioned.
• The leveling and movement of the upper and lower rolls, the reset of the inverted head rack and the automatic adjustment are achieved by numerical control.
• The bending machine is equipped with a simple and reliable alignment device. (It's also applicable for hot rolling.)
• The machine has perfect self-locking and interlock protection functions, and has automatic power-off protection device to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
• The operating system of the rolling machine has enough operation prompt, alarm display and fault reason display, so that the operator can quickly remove the fault.
• Digital display, PLC control. Visual input, edit, modify and store process parameters.
