Application scope:
This Railway double cylinder bearing mounting press machine is used for the bearing mounting work of the HXD series locomotive wheelsets with axlebox. It provides two operation modes for option: Automatic and Manual. It can mount the 2 bearings simultaneously. Only one operator is required to complete all the operations.

Machine features:

• The bearing mounting press will be installed in a foundation pit.
• The press is mainly composed of overall gantry frame, Ram cylinders, Ram and guide devices, wheelset lifting device, locking device, wheel push device, bearing support, hydraulic system, measuring and electrical control system etc.
• Overall gantry frame structure design, carried out finite element analysis, stress annealing relief, with sufficient strength and rigidity.
• With special patented upsetting centre devices.
• Double ram cylinders for the mounting operation.
• The bearing mounting press is able to mount both end bearings simultaneously.
• Only a single positioning to complete the mounitng of both end bearings.
• The press is able to mount one end bearing individually.
• With automatic and manual modes for the operation.
• Automatically switch the mounting process.
• Function of Veto for wrong input and incorrect operation.
• Automatic component positioning.
• Adopt on-line pass-through arrangement.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the operation.
• It can automatically and real-time detect and record the pressing force, adhesion force, pressure difference and holding time during bearing mounting, and automatically judgement: qualified or not.
• It has the functions of data storage, curve recording, intelligent judgment, curve merging, automatic HP printing of A4 paper in the form of graphics, etc.
• It's provided with emergency stop button the control panel.
• The press is equipped with safety protection interlocking device, short circuit, circuit breaking and leakage protection device, and protection device for power failure or accidental shutdown.
