Application Scope:
This Bearing Dismounting Press Machine is applicable for the disassembly work of the rolling bearings of the railway rolling stocks. It is generally used in wheelset/bogie maintenance depot and workshop.

Structure & Features:
- The bearing dismount press is mainly composed of main frame, left/right cylinders, dismounting claw devices, wheelset lifting device, push wheel device, calibration device, hydraulic system, measuring and electrical control system etc.
- Overall welding structure, with sufficient strength and rigidity.
- Double cylinders for dismounting. With special anti-upsetting centre devices.
- Intelligent lifting platform. It's equipped with wheel locking mechanism, so as to avoid wheelset runout during dismounting and ensure the stability of the dismounting force.
- This Wheel Bearing press machine will be installed in a foundation pit.
- Automatical dismounting both end bearings simultaneously with a single positioning.
- Automatical dismounting single end bearing separately.
- Manually complete the dismounting as per the working steps. (used during maintenance and commissioning).
- Automatic dismounting under non-load (used in test run).

- Siemens S7 PLC to control the operation.

- The operation system can generate, record, save and print the pressing curves.
- On-line passing-through arrangement, the wheelset can be pushed out automatically after the bearing is dismounted.
- Unique hydraulic servo system to achieve the variable dismounting speed and ensure the stable and reliable pressure during dismounting.
- Dismounting process: the small oil cylinder of the dismounting device drives the claw device to rotate, clasps the rear cover of the bearing, and the piston rod moves backward with the dismounting claw device, and then the axle box bearing is dismounted. Manually take out the dismounted bearings. Only need to replace the pulling plate for different types of the bearing,
