Application scope:
This monorail frame mounting and dismounting Press is applicable for the mounting and dismounting of the hollow axles for various monorail frame. It can generate, record, save and print the pressing curves. Intelligent judgement of the pressing curve. The press is applicable for the railway maintenance workshop.

Machine features:

• The monorail frame mounting and dismounting press can meet the mounting and dismounting of various monorail frame and hollow axles.
• It's able to complete the mounting work of hollow short axle and monorail frame. During mounting, the monorail frame is lifted by the workshop crane.
• The monorail frame mounting and dismounting press is mainly composed of chassis, two fixed columns, Double hydraulic cylinders, two support trolley, two claw devices, hydraulic system and electrical control system etc.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the operation.
• Equipped with high-resolution of displacement sensor and pressure sensor, ensuring the correct record of the pressing curves (force vs displacement, displacement vs time and force vs time)
• Intelligent judgement of the pressing curve, avoiding the wrong manual judgement.
• Adopt the centering mechanism for center hole positioning.
• The whole steel structure design, and the finite element technology is used to analyze the deformation of the structure under various stress conditions, and optimize the design to ensure that the overall structure is reasonable, safe and reliable, and has good rigidity.
• Gantry closed loop structure, Double hydraulic cylinders.
• The machine main body and hydraulic station are provided with protection cover.
• The press machine will be installed in a foundation pit.
