Machine Features:

• Hydraulic symmetrical 3-rolls plate bending machine
• This plate rolling machine is fully hydraulic drive, convenient operation, reliable operation. It's used in a wide range of applications, such as the boiler, shipbuilding, petrochemical, metal structure, cement machinery, chemical machinery, machinery manufacturing and maintenance industries.
• The 2 lower work rolls are the main drive rolls. The lower rolls adopt double main motor for drive. They can rotate forward and backward, and can move horizontally. Horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission.
• The upper roll is the driven roll. It can move up and down.
• The work rolls are manufactured of 42CrMo or 60CrMnMo forgings with hardness HB260~300.
• All work rolls adopt new type rolling mill rolling bearings.
• The main cylinder at fixed side rack is upper positioned and the main cylinder at overturned side rack is down positioned.
• The machine is provided with the pre-bending function.
• With coiling function.
• Digital display, PLC control. Visual input, edit, modify and store process parameters.
