Railway Horizontal Wheelset Press for Wheel Dismounting and Back-pressure Test
 
Application Scope:
The wheel press machine is applicable for wheelset dismounting and back pressure test of different types of locomotives.

Main Features:

• The wheel press machine is mainly composed of machine chassis, fixed machine frame (with cylinder device), claw mechanism, detection system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and servo working platform etc.
• Overall welded structure and carried out overall annealing and stress relieving treatment.
• Special patented ram device to prevent axle upsetting.
• Using a movable working platform, to fulfill the wheelset positioning support of domestic/foreign different types of locomotive, and it is fast, convenient and reliable.
• Two dismounting claws can move synchronously. It can do dismounting by fastening rim inner side or wheel hub dismounting slot.
• This wheel press machine can configure back pressure test function as per customer needs.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech Industrial computer to control the operation.
• Convenient human machine interface. It can plot pressing curve of pressure vs displacement etc.
• Equipped with two operation modes: Automatic & Manual.
• Only one operator is required to complete all the operations.
