Synchronised Lifting Jacks For Railway Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

Application scope:
The Mobile Lifting Jacks are used to lift the railway vehicle to a suitable height for assembly, inspection and maintenance, and lower the vehicles. The operation of the lifting jacks is synchronous. The lifting capacity is avalable from 6 tons to 40 tons.

One set consists of (or as per required: 4, 6, 8, 12 .. as one set):

• 4 mobile lifting jacks with 25 tons capacity each, total capacity 100 tons.
• 1 mobile main control console. (Each jack with a local control box.)
• 1 set of connection cables and plugs.

Main Features of the Screw Jacks:

• The mobile lifting jack is mainly composed of jack frame, Moving trolley, Lifting device, support anvil, Control box and safety protection system etc.
• The jacks are easy mobility. Lifting eyes are provided for each lifting jack.
• The jack frame is welded by steel plate and carried out stress relief and annealing heat treatment after welding.
• The lifting device is driven by the reducer motor to drive the screw nut to drive the lifting of the jack, so as to ensure its self-locking function from the mechanical mechanism.
• The lifting jack is provided with limit switch for the working nut. When the working nut is worn to the set position, a fault message will display on the screen and automatically cut off electric to ensure the safety.
• The lifting jack is provided with safety protection nut. When the working nut is seriously worn, and the working nut limit switch or electrical system also fails at the same time, the safety nut will bear the weight of the car body without causing danger.
• Each set of the lifting jacks is provided with a mobile control console for synchronous operation.
• The main control console consists of PLC, touchscreen, all electrical elements, operation buttons and the relevant cables etc. The control system has two operation models: Automatic and Manual.
• Each jack has a local control box with buttons of Up, Down, Emergency stop, Power indication and Fault indication.
• All control stations are provided with emergency stop button.
