Application scope:

This Automatic Rolling Bearing Mounting Press is used to mount the bearings onto the wheelset axle ends. The Bearing mount press is widely used in the railway workshops for wheelset production and maintenance. It can mount the 2 bearings simultaneously, also can mount the single bearing separately. It can generate, record, save and print the force-displacement curve. Only one operator required complete the whole operation.

• The press can automatically judge whether the bearing is mounted into position, and start the pressure holding.
• It has the functions of data storage, curve recording, intelligent judgment, curve merging, automatic printing etc.
• It's provided with emergency stop button the control panel.
• The press is equipped with safety protection interlocking device, short circuit, circuit breaking and leakage protection device, and protection device for power failure or accidental shutdown.
