Application scope:

This Automatic Wheelset Demount Press Cell (Wheel dismount line) is used to dismount the wagon wheelsets.
The Wheelset Press Cell consists of:

Operation procedure:

First, the movable baffle devices of the wheelset press move to the set position
The the wheelset rolls onto the loading trolley and the trolley delivers the wheelset into the press and make the wheels insert into the baffle devices
The trolley exits out of the press
The Press rams extend out to dismount the wheels and brake disc.
The baffle devices retract and the dismounted wheels rolls onto the wheel overturning machine, overturned and stacked, and lifted away by crane.
Meanwhile, the trolley goes to pick up the dismounted axle and sends it to the axle storage rack, and lifted away by the crane.

Performance Features of the Wheelset Disassembly Press:

Automatically dismount the 2 wheels on the same axle simultanously without reversing the axle and in a sequence first the wheel at one side of the axle then the wheel at the other side.
Both automatic and manual mode are available for option.
The wheelset press can track and control the whole process, detect the pressing condition of the wheelset, and analyze and process it through industrial computer. It can export the pressure vs displacement curve and other results onto the screen and printer.
The measurement unit will automatically detect and collect the relevant data and display it on the screen.
