Application Scope:

This single cylinder wheel press is used to press-on and press-out the wheelset wheels. With Curve recording system. It needs to reverse the axle to mount or dismount the other side after one side wheel operation completed. A high-pressure oil injection pump is available for option for easy wheel pressing-on and pressing-off.

• Pressing-on the wheelset wheels (colding pressing or oiling pressing both ok).
• Pressing-off the wheelset wheels with lubricant holes (cold pressing).
• Pressing-off the wheelset wheels without lubricant holes (oiling pressing). (It requires a high-pressure oil injection pump.)

Machine Structure and Features:

• The wheel press mainly consists of cylinder column, movable column, rear column, support rods, chassis, caliper claws, support trolleys, hydraulic system and eletrical control system.
• With Caliper claws on the movable column to lock the movable column at the required position.
• With 2 support trolleys for axle supporting. Manually move the trolley and adjust the support height to meet the different wheelsets.
• Single cylinder to mount and dismount the wheelset.
• It requires to reverse the axle (180°) to mount or dismount the other side after one wheel operation completed.
• Only to replace the pressing tool to meet the different wheelsets.
• With Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC.
• A displacement sensor at the end of the ram cylinder for detecting and displaying the displacement on the industrial PC.
• With curve recording system and can export the pressing report..
• A high-pressure oil injection pump is option for easy wheel pressing-on and pressing-off.
