Automatic Wheelset Press for Wheelset Dismounting, with Double Cylinders
Application scope:
This Automatic Wheel Press is used to dismount the wheelset wheels, brake discs and driven gear from the axle for the railway rolling stocks (passenger cars, metros, intercity cars etc.). With a high-pressure oil injection pump for easy wheel dismounting. Only one operator required to complete the operation.

Machine features:
- The wheel demount press is a horizontal hydraulic wheel press and will be installed in a foundation pit.
- The wheelset press is able to dismount both wheels on the same axle simultanously without reversing the axle.
- Double-end cylinders for dismounting.
- One time positioning to dismount the 2 wheel discs without reversal of the axle.
- Overall rantry frame structure, Movable resistant column.
- Provided with overcrane on the top crossbeam. The electric hoist will hook the gearbox end during the dismounting oeration.
- Movable slider device with at 2 replaceable inserts to block the wheels, gears or brake discs for dismounting.
- Special patented centring devices at both ends of two ram cylinders for center hole positioning.
- A 180° Rotary trolley for wheelset loading and unloading.
- Siemens S7-300 PLC and AdvanTech Industrial PC to control the operation.
- A High-pressure oil injection pump is provided for easy wheel dismounting.
