Application scope:
This fully automatic double-cylinder wheelset press is mainly used to mount, dismount and back pressure test the wheelsets of urban vehicles, passenger cars, locomotive etc. It can monitor and record the pressing data, so as to export the pressing curve report. Only one operator required to operate the press. With high-pressure oil injection pump for easy wheel mounting and dismounting.

- Motorized axle support trolley for wheelset pre-assembly, loading and unloading. It will exit from the machine during mounting / dismounting.
- Gearbox support can be provided for optional. It will keep supporting the gearbox during mounting / dismounting.
- Automatic recording of mounting curve of each mounted component.
- Siemens S7 PLC and Advantech Industrial PC to control the operation.
