How to sort Peanuts ?
Sorting Peanut is a simple process, Hawit Sorting Equipment only includes two main processes:
1. Identification Process
Every original Peanut will be imaged when it passes through the sorting room. Built-in CCD Sensors will read the color, size, and shape information in the photos.
By comparing this optical information with regular Peanut’, Hawit identification equipment will mark each target Peanut a bad tag or good tag.
All these tags are actually electric signals and will be transferred to the Rejection system.
2 .Rejection Process
The rejection Process is one of the most important parts of the Peanut sorting process. After receiving the signals, the Rejection System will start the rejection process.
When receiving a bad signal, the ejector will open its spout and release the powerful air to change the target Peanut’s movement track.

2. How to use the machine?
We will supply customer the installation catalog or video online.
We will ask our engineer to teach you, how to use when he go to your country to debug the machine.
3. How about the sample machines for testing?
Sample sending for testing is welcomed. Or you send these three photos, the raw material, good material which is you want ,bad material which is you want to discard. we send our video to you.
4. How about the guarantee period?
One year.
5. Will you accept L/C as payment?
Yes L/C TT both Ok .
6. Do you have any other spare parts for the customer?
Yes, we will supply you some spare parts .
