Points of Astra OsseoSpeed™ Healing Cap:

Healing abutments for all three (3.0 yellow, 3.5/4.0 aqua, 4.5/5.0 lilac) implant/abutment platform diameter groups are machined to closely match the emergence profiles of Astra Tech's final abutments. The healing abutments are designed as a uni body, incorporating the screw in the abutment body as a one piece design for easy handling. No color coding of the healing abutments themselves is provided, only on the component packaging but the top of each healing abutment is marked with numbers to indicate the emergence profile in millimeters, collar height in millimeters and black lines to reveal the platform diameter group. One line specifies the 3.0 (yellow) platform, two lines designate the 3.5/4.0 (aqua)

platform and three lines denote the 4.5/5.0 (lilac) platform diameter. 3.0 platform abutments are machined with one (4mm) emergence profile and two (2mm, 4mm) collar heights. 3.5/4.0 platform abutments are machined with four (4, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5mm) emergence profiles and three (2, 4, 6mm) collar heights. 4.5/5.0 platform abutments are machined with two (5.5, 6.5mm) emergence profiles and three (2, 4, 6mm) collar heights.
