This vertical single-knife rubber cutting machine is mainly suitable for cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials. It is especially suitable for installation close to the internal mixer for cutting small pieces of rubber.
The glue cutting machine mainly includes a glue cutting knife, a frame, a working cylinder, a base, an auxiliary workbench and a hydraulic system. It consists of electrical system and other parts, and a nylon pad is installed on the base under the rubber cutting knife to protect the blade of the rubber cutting knife. When cutting raw rubber, manually place the rubber material under the rubber cutting knife, and then press the start button. The rubber cutting knife will be driven by the piston rod and fall along the slide on the frame to cut the rubber material. The frame is equipped with two upper and lower limit switches to control the reversing valve to change the movement direction of the rubber cutting knife. At the same time, it can also protect the piston cylinder head.
