Processing Specifications
Tire Pre-processing: Tires over 800mm diameter are cut into 200-500mm pieces, then processed into 50×50mm rubber blocks.
Final Output: Produces 10-30 mesh fine rubber powder with simultaneous separation of fiber and steel wire.
