Product Introduction
- This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.
- There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
- Automatic control: automatic mold closing, automatic exhausting, automatic heating and temperature stabilization, automatic timing for vulcanization, automatic alarming, automatic mold opening, etc.
- The vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed on the digital panel. Sensors installed in the heating plate connect with temperature indicators to clearly show the temperature of every heating plate.
- Frame plate is made of high quality 45 steel. The hardness, wear resistance and abrasive resistance are significantly improved by quenching and tempering. The pillar is chrome-plated.
- The machine can be customized according to customer requirements.
