Product Introduction of Frame-Type Flat Vulcanizing Machine
The frame-type flat vulcanizing machine is primarily designed for vulcanizing large-scale rubber bearings and sealing rings. Featuring a column-type structure with downward-pressing operation, this machine utilizes hydraulic pressure for plunger ascent while relying on gravity for descent. The frame-type design makes it ideal for producing O-rings, keyboard components, remote control buttons, sealing gaskets for appliances, medical supplies, automotive rubber parts, industrial components, and various silicone rubber accessories.
Our vulcanizing machines support multi-layer pressing operations and single-operator multi-machine control. Available with either single-chip microcomputer or PLC control systems, they offer manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes. All pressure, speed, and stroke parameters are adjustable to meet specific process requirements.
Available in four-column, frame, and jaw structural types with electric or heat transfer oil heating options. Standard temperature range is 0°C to 200°C, with custom options up to 400°C. Features include automatic timing, pressure compensation, alarm systems, and temperature indication.
