The XQL-80 Single Knife Hydraulic Rubber Cutter comprises:
- Motor and vane pump system
- Magnetic exchange valve and overflow valve
- Slave RAM and oil pressure gauge pipe
- Hydro-cylinder support and rubber cutting knife
- Durable rack and conveying groove
The oil cylinder utilizes standard hydro-cylinder technology, while the rack is constructed with high-quality welded steel frame. The rubber cutting knife is manufactured from 9CrSi or T8A materials, achieving HRC60 hardness after heat treatment. A protective nylon board is positioned beneath the cutting knife to preserve blade edge integrity.
