The XQL-80 consists of:

- Magnetic exchange valve and overflow valve
- Slave RAM and oil pressure gauge pipe
- Hydro-cylinder support and rubber cutting knife

The oil cylinder utilizes a standard hydro-cylinder, while the rack is constructed with high-quality welded steel frame. The rubber cutting knife is made of 9CrSi or T8A, with hardness reaching HRC60 after heat treatment. Underneath the cutting knife, a nylon board protects its edge.
