Maintenance Guidelines
Lubrication: Inject hypoid gear oil into gearbox; use calcium-based grease for main bearings. Replace oil after three months of operation and clean tank. Annual oil changes thereafter.
Blade Maintenance: Grind blade cutting edges after processing 3,000 tons of waste rubber. Blades typically last 5-6 years. Edge hardness layer patching material (electrodes) included with machine delivery.
