Production Process
The complete Rubber Powder Production System includes: tyre ring cutter, tyre strip cutter, block cutter, press loop machine (optional), cracker mill, fine rubber powder pulverizer, and auxiliary equipment.
The process begins with waste tires being crushed into approximately 4cm pieces. The rubber crushing machine (XKP400/450/560) then processes these into 5-6mm smaller parts. Finally, a screening magnetic separator completely removes steel wires from the rubber particles.
