Plate Vulcanizing Machine Details
- Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment with double scale rolling
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing and welding processes
- Cylinder material is QT500-7 with HT200 for piston; alternative materials available
- Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
- Assembled oil pump provides power source with manual control options
