Technical Features
Mixing Chamber
Constructed with "W" shape body and side boards made from high-quality steel plates through extrusion forming and welding. Features jacketed design for cooling water or steam flow, with hard chrome plating on internal walls for durability.
Regular Note Pump
Timing injection pump provides regular hydraulic oil injection to the sealing system for optimal lubrication and sealing performance.
Temperature Monitoring
Equipped with plug-in thermal resistance or thermal couple in the middle section of the chamber bottom, connected to electrical system for precise temperature inspection and control during mixing operations.
Rotor Design
Features hollow blades of banbury type with hollows connected to axial hole of rotor shaft for cooling or heating passage. Blade top edges and side faces are surface-welded with hard alloy, ground, chrome-plated and polished for maximum durability.
Cooling/Heating System
Common piping system accommodates both cooling and heating operations. Delivers cooling water or steam through three pathways: rotor blade cavities, mixing chamber jackets, and top ram.
Tilting Mechanism
Comprises rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear. Enables 140° tilting of mixing chamber around front rotors for easy material discharge.
Dust Sealing System
Advanced dust sealing with curved slotted partings at chamber-top and cantilevered arm interface. Features end contact sealing with non-oil lubrication for excellent wear resistance and durability.
Main Driving System
Consists of main motor, reducer, and connecting gears. Provides odd-speed rotation of rotors with running face orientation for optimal mixing efficiency.
Pneumatic Control System
PLC-controlled pneumatic system with bi-directional air cylinder for ram operation. Includes automatic or manual overload protection to safeguard motor during chamber mixing.
Electrical Control System
Utilizes imported PLC devices and electric control components with imported technology for maximum control reliability and operational precision.
