Professional open mixing mill designed for rubber and plastic processing with advanced PLC control system and automatic operation.
This robust machine consists of base, rack, gland, rollers, bearing, transmission device, lubrication system, decelerator, roller temperature adjustment system, emergency shutdown device, and brake rigging.
Primarily used for plasticating and mixing of rubber or plasticizer, warming and sheeting rubber compound, cracking and refining of reclaimed rubber.
- Two rollers made from Chilled Cast Iron with high hardness (68-75HSD) and wear-resistant properties
- Hollow roller structure for temperature control using steam or cooling water
- Multiple main bearing options available: Bearing, Copper bush, or Nylon bush
