This simple pressure washer provides leak-proof seals for water, gas, oil, and other fluids. The machine vulcanizes EPDM rubber to metals including galvanized mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Adhesive washers serve as a cost-effective solution for roof screw connections.

- Composed of press plate, upper and lower platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and pillar column
- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment with double scale rolling
- Upper and lower platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing including automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, and CO₂ gas shielded welding
- Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston (alternative: ZG270-500 cylinder with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron piston)
- Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
- Assembled oil pump provides power source, controlling piston movement through valve operation
- Electrical control system offers automatic and semi-automatic operation with manual override capability
