Applications
This plate vulcanizing press is used for all kinds of vulcanizing molds, rubber and plastic products. It is also suitable for the petroleum industry to produce sealing parts.
Structural Features
- Composed of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and electrical control system
- Plates made from welded Q235 steel plates with mechanical ball blast rust removal and zinc-rich paint coating
- Hot plates constructed from 35# steel plates with double scale rolling and automatic steam temperature control
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with CO2 gas shielded welding and stress relief heat treatment
- Hydro-cylinder made from ZG270-500 with double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
- PLC automatic control system for automatic closing, opening mold and gas exhaust with manual control option
