Applications
This machine is primarily used for producing various EVA foam products including:
slippers, foam sheets, insulation materials, sports protective equipment,
life jackets, sponges, and other thermos rubber products. Specifically
designed for EVA MID-soles, rainboots, sandals, clogs, sport protectors,
and various shoe accessories.
Technical Advantages
Features small temperature difference, reliable pressure performance, and
automatic pressure compensation during curing process. Main frame uses
cast steel construction with piston adapted chilled cast iron for superior
surface rigidity (H-R-70). PLC controlled with humanized parameter computer
operation interface for quick and exact production terms.
