Plate Vulcanizing Machine Details
- Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates with normalizing treatment and double scale rolling
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing and stress-relief heat treatment
- Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston, or ZG270-500 cylinder with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron piston
- Double sealing ring and dustproof ring structure for extended service life
